Opinion: I got this little tiny F420 for my sister's x'mas gift for $380 on ebay (Japanese version tho....) very suprise that its size alot smaller than the 2nd newest F410!! Picture quaility's fine; since i have Fuji F700 myself, i will look forward to see the difference between their sensors... SR and HR. Basically this is a point-n-shot digicam in a stylish metal body. The unlimted 320x240 30fps movie mode rocks!! I like it so much, so does my sister ^__^
PS: will update this section soon.
Problems: Nice little digicam, but not perfect tho:
1. flash recharging speed kinda slow...compare w/ my sister's old Fuji F401
2. Battery last not as long as F401/F410...
Opinion: A fun camera. Ideal for picnics, gathering, etc.
Point and shoot and fancy free.
Problems: Too light and small in size. May be lost if not carefully attended.
Opinion: A fun camera. Ideal for picnics, gathering, etc.
Point and shoot and fancy free.
Problems: May be lost if not carefully attended because it is sooo light and small in size(But I love that.)
Opinion: Build
- very compact, cute and handy. Nice metallic shell.
Operation
- less than 2s to turn on and off
- Nice weight distribution. Can hold static, do most setting and take pictures with one hand.
LCD
- unbeatable large, bright and high resolution
Storage
- xD is very fast. Review 9 pictures take no time.
Picture quality
- Quality of SuperCCD IV is nice. Can't find color shift. Its not superb but acceptable in the price range.
OTHERS
- 2 AAA Battery last for 100 pictures
- Front logo flashes in purple when camera turns on and xD being accessed :>
CONCLUSION
If you expect a small, fast and trendy low end DC, it certainly won't disappoint you.

Problems: A little lengthy time for recharging flash
The flash is too weak. The object should be within 3 meters.
No shutter or aperture priority. No manual mode. No B shutter. May be inconvienent for special scenario especially light/backlight shoots.
