Opinion: The camera provides stunning photographs. The SLR/viewfinder real lens feature just overwhelms you after dealing with the traditional consumer digital styles...
Spot metering, matric metering, unbelievable storage options, unlimited lens options, ttl flash operation...hotshoe&synch...really nice professional level camera...
Problems: the camera's on-board flash a little disappointing and the camera only outputs as kodak proprietary tiff...no jpg...but that is minor since i wouldn't probably use anything else normally..
Opinion: Like the camera a lot. 8X10's look great, people are amazed that they are digital! IT's so nice to be able to use my collection of Nikon glass after a succession of less able consumer and semipro digital cameras. (Fuiji DS300, Nikon 990, Kodak DC120). Features and software are excellent. No shutter lag time!
Problems: TTL flash with SB26 not always right on, so I use the SB on auto with manual camera settings sometimes. Autofocus not as quick and accurate as my N90, but overall quite acceptable.
Opinion: I just bought one used, and would like to know what size CF card should i purchase. Do I need alarge capacity card like 512 or microdrive 1gig
