Opinion: this little beauty is compact and easy to use....for an everyday general use camera you can't beat it ..I like how it slips into your pocket so you don't look like a tourist...the feel of this is very solid...great pictures

Opinion: This is my second DC besides my first one - SONY S85, a pocket size for general shooting.
With Leica lens, the result from this small pocket-size is incredibly high and sometimes even better than S85 and the color is output more naturally!
I printed the picture in A4 size and have satisfactory result (of course, the quality is not as good as S85) which is out of my expectation.
I recommend this camera for general usage with about 1/3 price in compare with S85!!
Problems: If the optical zoom can be extend to 5x or higher...
(Note: from the news, a new model with same configuration but 3.0 mega pixel will soon be in the market. So, be patient if you can wait).
Opinion: Just an ordinary digital camera, nothing special to mention.If I have another choice, no more this camera.
Problems: Panasonic is not an expert of digital camera, so the product may be not the best.
Opinion: Have been using this camera for about 6 months. I like the
compact size, go anywhere, easy to carry profile. Menu
structure is straight forward and easy to use.
Things I wish it had, are a faster response when taking
photos and a bigger memory (I had upgraded mine to 64M)
I shoot most of my snaps using the mid-resolution setting
and am happy with the quality once downloaded onto a
computer. I find a 2 Megapixel camera is fine for what I do.
This is a great little camera for everyday use and am very
happy with it.
