Opinion: It is stylish. And, apart from that, the pix are better than feared. The touch screen is a little awkward to use, especially as it often does not recognise the touch, and each and every click has to be confirmed.
But, even at ISO 400 the pix come quite ok, for such a stylish miniature camera.
And it really fits in my pocket, and is with me when I dont want to lug the DSLP bag, and even the Panasonic LX-3 seems to bulky.

Problems: The touch screen, and too many useless features like smile shutter, rather devaluate a slim and otherwise quite fine and capable camera.

Opinion: I’ve just bought it as a gift for my wife, really happy with the overall looks and feel of this camera. Controls are well thought out but strange if your use to knobs and dials, touch screen may not be to everyone’s liking.

I can't say that we have experienced some of the issues that the previous reviewers have mentioned. I would recommend this camera to anyone looking for a nice compact pocket gadget. For anyone looking for high end spec’s this may not be the one

The ideal handbag or pocket camera for the ladies.

Problems: None as yet

Opinion: My wife wanted a nice slim camera so she should fit it easily in her purse, etc. She also liked the touch screen on this, which I will say, it's not perfect, but it's pretty good.

Functions/Features are pretty nice, and the menu system is fairly easy to get the hang of

Overall Build is good and solid, and as I said, features are nice, but I would have returned this camera if I could have. Didn't quite use it enough right away to notice how crappy the IQ is. Pass on this camera if you are considering it.

Problems: The problem with the touch screen is the fact that it looks like you are going to ruin it, as it gets that liquid look on it (like when you press hard on a laptop monitor).

Now to image quality: the screen is a decent size, and I know that images may not look quite as good on the small screen as when on a computer screen....Well, they do NOT look good on either. The images are strangely pixelated for a 10.1 MP camera, the noise in lower light than natural sunlight/building light is atrocious. If a shot is taken indoors at say a lower lit restaurant, etc, I usually have to spend about an hour going through the ones my wife wants to post online correcting the noise with Lightroom/PS.

Opinion: Extreamly poor photography at night.
In last few months attended few events e.g. wedding, reception, christmas party, restaurants and everytime very poor quality pictures.
It's a total disaster for memorable events.
What a waste of money.
My old sony cybershot 4 mp takes better picture than this.
Would never buy sony ultra compact camera again.
Does not matter which mode u try.

Problems: At night:
Grainy pictures
Ghosting - focus issues
Red Yellowish grain everywhere
Many times Colors are completely off.
Glare spots on pictures
