Opinion: Very easy to use, with comprehensive manual on CD.
Takes superb quality photos which when printed on photo paper ( 6" x 4" ) are as good as conventional camera shots.
USB connection makes downloading simple.

Problems: Eats AA batteries

Opinion: excellent picture quality, shame it cant store in tiff, battery problem can be helped by turning off the 2 second preview,in fact i dont use the screen at all ,this exstends the battery life significantly, higher power zoom would be better too but for value it takes some beating

Opinion: Shopped extensively before deciding on this camera. Excellent pictures, great camera size and design. Easy to use right out of the box. Nimh rechargeables recommended, uses lots of battery power. Should consider larger smart card purchase.

Problems: USB connection intermittent with my IBM aptiva USB port, can be fixed with Firmware upgrade throught Toshiba.

One photo shot in bright snow scene, caused lens to stop down to low F setting. All images after, including viewfinder brightness, affected (dark). Fixed with battery removal restart of camera.
