As noted on the first page of this comparison the SLR/c's converted RAW
image doesn't suffer from the green color cast seen on the JPEG image.
Otherwise detail levels, moiré artifacts and noise reduction intervention
is about the same. For me despite the SLR/c's extra pixels the EOS-1Ds
delivers a better 'overall image' thanks to its mostly hands-off approach
to image processing, no noise reduction and almost undetectable moiré.
